James Muchmore joins XTI Aerospace as General Counsel on June 1, 2026, bringing more than 20 years of legal leadership at public and private companies. He spent the last decade as Chief Legal Officer of NASDAQ-listed Bridger Aerospace Group Holdings, where he led the company from inception through its public offering and helped grow revenue from $30M to $120M+, and previously served as General Counsel of NYSE-listed Emerald Oil. He holds a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law, a B.A. from Lafayette College, and is admitted to the bars of Colorado and New York.
