XTI Aircraft Company
XTI Aircraft Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of XTI Aerospace, is led by a team whose members have led or participated in programs that have already successfully secured more than 40 FAA certifications for new aircraft configurations. XTI Aircraft is currently developing the TriFan 600, a business aircraft that takes off and lands like a helicopter, flies at speeds of up to 345 mph and has a range of up to 700 miles, creating an entirely new category – the Vertical Lift Crossover Airplane (VLCA).

Together, this group of aviation visionaries includes members who have experience leading teams that secured FAA certification for more than 40 new aircraft configurations. They are now reshaping the future of mobility with the ultimate breakthrough in modern flight — a business aircraft that can take off and land vertically. The creation of this entirely new category – the Vertical Lift Crossover Airplane (VLCA) will redefine true point-to-point air travel.
Scott Pomeroy
Scott Pomeroy is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of XTI Aerospace. Scott brings over 35 years of executive experience to XTI. He previously served as the CFO of Dex Media, overseeing equity and debt capital raises of more than $10 billion, and was CEO and founder of Local Insight Media. He also co-founded Gen3 Financial Services, a boutique merchant bank providing capital raising and business advisory services to clients in a variety of industries including aerospace. He has served on several boards, including the Board of Directors of AVX Aircraft Company since 2009, a U.S. military defense contractor and a leading-edge aviation research and engineering company with particular expertise in vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircraft and unmanned aircraft development. Scott began his career at KPMG Peat Marwick. He has a BBA in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Tobin Arthur
Tobin Arthur’s 30-year business career has centered around companies bringing innovation and disruption to the market. Out of college he joined Starbucks Coffee when it was a newly public and rapidly growing company where he held leadership roles in both the operations and technology groups. He later transitioned to building, investing in and advising startups including iMedExchange, CureUs and AngelMD. The common theme with each venture was a focus on technology, crafting strategy and building high-performance teams. Along with two partners, he later formed Catalyst Fund LP, a medtech-focused venture capital fund. In 2018 he launched the Innovation4Alpha podcast which evolved into an advisory firm focused on helping companies with strategy, storytelling and capital formation. Tobin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Southern California.
Brooke Turk
Brooke Turk serves as Chief Financial Officer of XTI Aerospace. Over her 30+ year career, Brooke has played a key role in multiple corporate transactions — including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; restructures and reorganizations; debt and equity capital raises, a Chapter 11 restructuring and an IPO. Previously, she provided CFO services as founding principal of Springboard Ventures, since August 2011 and principal of C Squared Solutions LLC since October 2019. During her time with Springboard Ventures and C Squared Solutions, Brooke has acted as the chief financial officer of several businesses, including MADSKY from March 2017 to October 2018 and CB Scientific Inc. since November 2021. Brooke began her career at Arthur Andersen. She received a Master of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Western Colorado University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Saleem Zaheer
Saleem Zaheer is the Chief Commercial Officer of XTI Aerospace. Saleem brings over 40 years of experience in the aviation industry including corporate aviation, the airlines, and the military in the US, the Middle East, and South Asia. He previously served as Vice President Flight Operations & Special Projects for IndiGo, India’s largest airline. He has led flight operations functions at three airlines and is a former United Airlines captain and a pilot with 15,000 flight hours on 28 different aircraft including the MiG 21, Learjet, Airbus 320 and Boeing 777. Saleem serves as Senior Advisor – Airline Operations & Advanced Air Mobility for CAPA India Centre for Aviation, South Asia’s leading specialist aviation advisory, research and knowledge practice.
Don C. Purdy
Don Purdy has over 36 years of business leadership experience within Fortune 500 and start-up businesses. During the first 27 years of his career, Don held senior leadership positions at Honeywell and Rockwell Collins in the areas of marketing, business development, operations, strategy development, and M&A for the commercial aerospace sector. While the business development director for the Boeing, Bombardier, and Cessna-Beechcraft strategic accounts his pursuit teams captured over $2.0B in new aircraft forward-fit positions. Over the last decade, Don has provided business, strategy and financial support for a number of start-up businesses in the aerospace, real estate, film/entertainment and healthcare sectors. Don holds an MBA from the University of Iowa and a BS in Computer Engineering from Baylor University.
Keith Davis
Keith Davis is Vice President of Programs at XTI Aircraft Company, a subsidiary of XTI Aerospace. He is responsible for guiding all matters related to program planning, infrastructure formation, and process development. Keith has over 30 years of aerospace development and project management experience. Over the course of his career, he has worked with nearly all major business jet manufacturers. Most recently, he worked for Aerion Supersonic in Program Integration where he was instrumental in supporting program and business development goals. Keith has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.
David Ambrose
David Ambrose is Vice President of Engineering at XTI Aircraft Company, a subsidiary of XTI Aerospace. He is responsible for all matters related to product development. Dave has over 30 years of aerospace development and technical leadership experience in both the commercial and military domains. He started his career at Cessna Aircraft and Beechcraft working on the Citation X, Citation Bravo and Premier I programs as a Propulsion Engineer. He then worked at the famed Lockheed Martin Skunk Works for 21 years solving complex technical problems on the X-35 and F-35 for the Joint Strike Fighter program, the Presidential Helicopter, and various other classified and unclassified programs. At the Skunk Works, David specialized in conceptual, structural, and subsystem design, and in aircraft integration, including mission systems and stealth technology. More recently, he was part of the Aerion Supersonic AS2 team developing a supersonic business jet, where he was the Vehicle Integration Lead and Wing Integrated Product Team (IPT) Manager. David has a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering.
Len Urbas
Len Urbas serves as the Sr. Vice President of Corporate Development of XTI Aerospace. Prior to XTI, Len was the Managing Director of Waymaker Capital and Senior Advisor at SDR Ventures where he successfully led investment banking engagements, formed PE Funds, and drove strategic initiatives propelling revenue and market share growth for organizations spanning healthcare, entertainment, FinServ, real estate, high-tech, and other sectors. As the President of the Western Region at The Signatry, Len designed a private equity investment offering and facilitated over $75M in private investments as well as successfully closed transactions exceeding $500M. Renowned for his negotiation skills and strategic acumen, Len has played a pivotal role in forging industry alliances, driving M&A, and delivering transformational business outcomes. With a deep understanding of disruptive technologies and market dynamics, he is committed to leading the charge in the evolving VTOL landscape, ensuring operational excellence and sustainable growth. Len holds an International MBA from the University of South Carolina, Columbia (MIBS) and L’Università Bocconi in Milan, Italy and a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
John Griffo
John Griffo is the Vice President of Finance at XTI Aerospace overseeing the finance, accounting, and human resources functions. John has over 20 years of professional experience including 10 years working in Big 4 public accounting both domestically and in Switzerland. Throughout his career in public accounting and as an independent consultant, he has serviced dozens of companies across many industries advising on M&A due diligence projects or serving as VP of Finance and Controller. John graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is an active volunteer in the Denver metro community including serving as a mentor for 10 years with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Colorado.
Marylou Van Rossem
Marylou Van Rossem is the Vice President of People Operations at XTI Aerospace. Marylou brings over 20 years of experience with a focus on strategic culture growth initiatives with positive people programs, performance, talent acquisition, and more. She manages People Operations across XTI’s worldwide offices. Prior to joining XTI, Marylou served as the Global Head of People Operations at Inpixon as well as had a successful track record of scaling up HR at evolving companies.
David Westgate
David Westgate serves as the Executive Vice President of IT Operations at XTI Aerospace. Throughout his 22 years of experience, David has developed expertise in designing, deploying, and operating critical IT systems (including military applications), cloud infrastructure, virtualization technology, corporate networks, and data center design and operations. After leaving the U.S. Air Force in 1996, he served as the Director of IT Services for McBride and Associates, managing both internal and client technology projects focused on modernizing and securing network and application infrastructure. In 2003, David joined Sysorex (now Inpixon) as Director of IT Services, then Senior Director of IT services, and in 2015 attained Vice President of IT Operations.

Michael Tapp
Michael Tapp is an operating partner for Palingen Capital and has served in a similar role for HBC Investments, a private equity firm, after almost a decade of leadership roles at Interstate Battery where he was an officer on the senior executive team, the President of Interstate’s multi-unit franchise system, and the President of Interstate’s industrial power management business. He also has contributed to the Investment Committee of the SBoTX Foundation as well as to the boards of directors and corporate advisory boards of several growth stage companies with international footprints. Before joining Interstate, Michael held senior executive roles at both operating and private equity organizations while serving on the Executive Committee of the Center for New Ventures and Entrepreneurship at Texas A&M University’s Mays School of Business.
Stephanie Chung
Stephanie Chung brings over 35 years of diverse, high-level experience in aviation, aerospace, and luxury services. In her capacity as Chief Growth Officer at Wheels Up, President of JetSuite, and National Sales Director at Bombardier, Stephanie has been a transformative leader in market expansion, organizational excellence, and customer experience. Her background also includes board and advisory experience with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), and Business Executives for National Security (BENS), among others.
Kimberly Montgomery
Kimberly Montgomery is President of GMR Health Systems at Global Medical Response (GMR), a leading provider of pre-hospital healthcare solutions. Kimberly brings to XTI’s advisory board over two decades of leadership experience in air medical transport and pre-hospital healthcare, having also served in senior roles at Seven Bar Aviation, Med-Trans Corp, and EagleMed. At GMR, she and her team manage air and ground medical transport programs across the U.S., operating nearly 150 rotor and fixed-wing aircraft at 130 air medical base locations. She also serves on the Executive Committee of the Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS) and is a past Chairman of the Air Medical Operators Association (AMOA). She is a member of the Maverick Chapter of Young Presidents Organization, and she has served on the boards of several prominent organizations within the air medical transport industry, including the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems (CAMTS) and the MedEvac Foundation International. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Trinity University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

David Oppenheimer
David Oppenheimer is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in advancing emerging technologies and national policy. He has led global research teams focused on advanced analog computing based on neural networking theories and optical display technologies for defense applications. As president of National Sensor Corporation, David progressed the commercialization of chemical weapons sensor platforms for Western force protection. He served as an advisor to the former Chairman of the U.S. House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology, influencing bipartisan policies related to patent rights, foreign policy, and technological innovation.
Javier de la Peña
Javier de la Peña is a strategic leader with over 15 years of experience driving transformative initiatives in the transportation, robotics and technology sectors. In his current role at Woven by Toyota, a Toyota Motor Corporation Group Company, he is focused on advancing Toyota’s vision of sustainability and next-generation mobility services. Javier plays a key role in shaping software-side strategies that have a global impact. He earned a master’s degree at Georgetown University and completed fellowships at Google and eBay, where he developed a well-honed approach to market expansion and digital innovation.
