XTI Aerospace has reached an inflection point.
The acquisition of Drone Nerds marks a decisive transformation, shifting XTI from a pre-revenue aerospace developer into a revenue-generating, vertically integrated aviation platform. Drone Nerds, the largest enterprise drone solutions provider in the U.S., brings more than $110 million in annual revenue, a decade of profitability, and deep relationships across government, energy, infrastructure, and public safety sectors.
This transaction materially de-risks XTI’s capital structure. By integrating a cash-flow-positive operating business, the company reduces dependence on external equity financing while funding continued innovation across advanced aviation programs.
At the same time, XTI continues to advance its flagship aircraft program, the TriFan 600, achieving meaningful engineering and regulatory milestones. Subscale flight testing has validated aerodynamic models, Tier-1 suppliers have been selected, and a clear certification pathway has been established with the Federal Aviation Administration.
The result is a differentiated aerospace company, one that combines near-term revenue scale with long-term technological upside. As markets increasingly reward execution, capital discipline, and diversified growth engines, XTI Aerospace stands uniquely positioned at the intersection of unmanned systems and next-generation flight.
