Len is responsible for corporate development, marketing, and strategic communications at XTI. He brings extensive experience in corporate strategy, capital formation, and growth leadership across multiple industries. Leveraging deep expertise in AI-centric, full-stack marketing, branding, and strategy, he plays a pivotal role in shaping and communicating the Company’s vision to investors, partners, and other stakeholders, driving capital formation and transformational business outcomes.
Prior to joining XTI, Mr. Urbas was Managing Director at Waymaker Capital and a Senior Advisor at SDR Ventures, where he led investment banking engagements, formed private equity funds, and advised organizations on strategic initiatives that drove revenue growth and market expansion. Previously, Mr. Urbas served as Regional President at The Signatry, where he designed private equity investment offerings and facilitated alternative investment strategies for high-net-worth clients and family offices.
Mr. Urbas holds an International MBA from the University of South Carolina and Università Bocconi in Milan, Italy, and a BS in Finance and Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
