Steve Zohrabian is the Executive Vice President of XTI Aircraft, a subsidiary of XTI Aerospace, Inc. (Nasdaq: XTIA). He leads the development of XTI’s innovative VTOL aircraft family, beginning with the TriFan 600, and plays a key role in guiding the company toward first flight, certification, and commercialization.
Before joining XTI, Zohrabian served as Chief Operating Officer at Piasecki Aircraft Corporation, where he helped advance multiple VTOL programs and led the acquisition of Lockheed Martin Sikorsky’s Heliplex facility in Pennsylvania.
He previously spent over 17 years at Boeing, contributing to major programs like the V-22 Osprey, CH-47 Chinook, and advanced space and ISR systems. Zohrabian also held executive roles at Applied Concepts Group, driving innovation and operational excellence.
He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Widener University and an Executive Master’s in Technology Management from The Wharton School and Penn Engineering. With deep expertise in aerospace engineering and program leadership, Steve Zohrabian is helping shape the future of advanced air mobility at XTI Aircraft.
