Jan. 13, 2025 – XTI signed an MOU to acquire a 30% equity interest in ReadyMonitor, a leading AI-powered, autonomous Drone-as-a-Service (“DaaS”) company.

Jan. 10, 2025 – XTI’s previously announced offering closed. Gross proceeds were appx. $20M. The Company intends to use the proceeds primarily for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Jan. 7, 2025 – XTI announced the pricing of a best-efforts offering of 363,636,364 shares of its common stock priced at-the-market. Gross proceeds are expected to be approximately $20M.
