Scott Pomeroy

Scott Pomeroy is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of XTI Aerospace. Mr. Pomeroy brings over 35 years of executive experience. He previously served as the CFO of Dex Media, overseeing equity and debt capital raises of more than $10 billion, and was CEO and founder of Local Insight Media. He also co-founded Gen3 Financial Services, a boutique merchant bank providing capital raising and business advisory services to clients in a variety of industries including aerospace. He has served on several Boards, including the Board of Directors of AVX Aircraft Company since 2009, a U.S. military defense contractor and a leading-edge aviation research and engineering company with particular expertise in Vertical Takeoff and Landing (VTOL) aircraft and unmanned aircraft development. He began his career at KPMG Peat Marwick. He has a BBA in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Senior Advisor

Charlie Johnson

Charlie Johnson is a Senior Advisor to XTI Aerospace. Mr. Johnson brings over 35 years of experience in top-level aviation management and strategy, operations and production to XTI. Previously, Mr. Johnson served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Cessna Aircraft and was also Cessna’s vice president of aircraft completion and product support, senior vice president of operations, and executive vice president of operations, leading development, certifications, and product support of new airplanes. Prior to joining Cessna, Mr. Johnson served as chief of production flight test for Gates Learjet. He also was chief pilot for Arnold Palmer. He began his aviation career after completing U.S. Air Force pilot training in 1968 and accumulated over 1,000 hours of military flight time in the F-105, serving in combat in Southeast Asia. He holds airline transport and instructor pilot certificates with type ratings in all Cessna Citation models. Mr. Johnson has been inducted into The Living Legends of Aviation and the Kansas and Colorado Aviation Halls of Fame.

Brooke Martellaro

Brooke Martellaro serves as Chief Financial Officer of XTI Aerospace. Over her 30+ year career, Ms. Martellaro has played a key role in multiple corporate transactions — including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; restructures and reorganizations; debt and equity capital raises, a Chapter 11 bankruptcy and an IPO. Previously, Ms. Martellaro provided CFO services as founding principal of Springboard Ventures, since August 2011 and principal of C Squared Solutions LLC since October 2019. During her time with Springboard Ventures and C Squared Solutions, Ms. Martellaro has acted as the chief financial officer of several businesses, including MADSKY from March 2017 to October 2018 and CB Scientific Inc. since November 2021. Ms. Martellaro began her career at Arthur Andersen. She received a Master of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Western Colorado University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mara Babin

Ms. Babin serves as the general counsel of XTI Aerospace. Ms. Babin is a business lawyer with extensive international and U.S. business and legal experience. She brings expertise in management, operations, corporate governance, capital formation, M&A, private equity, venture capital, fund raising, compensation and business development. She was also a partner at Squire, Patton Boggs, a global law firm as well as served as managing director of Golden Seeds, an angel investment network investing in high-growth women-led businesses. Ms. Babin received a B.A. in Economics, magna cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis and a JD from University of Michigan Law School.

Chief Commercial Officer

Saleem Zaheer

Saleem Zaheer is the Chief Commercial Officer of XTI Aerospace. Mr. Zaheer brings over 40 years of experience in the aviation industry including corporate aviation, airlines, and military in the US, the Middle East, and South Asia. Previously, he served as Vice President of Flight Operations and Vice President Special Projects for IndiGo, India’s largest airline, between 2009 and 2016. He has led flight operations functions at three airlines and is a former United Airlines captain as well as a pilot with 15,000 flight hours on 28 different aircraft including the MiG 21, Learjet, and Boeing 777. He serves as Senior Advisor – Airline Operations & Advanced Air Mobility for CAPA India Centre for Aviation – South Asia’s leading specialist aviation advisory, research and knowledge practice.

EVP IT Operations

David Westgate

David Westgate serves as the Executive Vice President of IT Operations at XTI Aerospace. Throughout his 22 years of experience, David has developed expertise in designing, deploying, and operating critical IT systems (including military applications), cloud infrastructure, virtualization technology, corporate networks, and data center design and operations. After leaving the U.S. Air Force in 1996, he served as the Director of IT Services for McBride and Associates, managing both internal and client technology projects focused on modernizing and securing network and application infrastructure. In 2003, he joined Sysorex (now Inpixon) as Director of IT Services, then Senior Director of IT services, and in 2015 attained Vice President of IT Operations.

VP People Operations

Marylou Van Rossem

Marylou Van Rossem is the Vice President of People Operations at XTI Aerospace. Ms. Van Rossem brings over 20 years of experience with a focus on strategic culture growth initiatives with positive people programs, performance, talent acquisition, and more. She manages People Operations across our worldwide offices. Prior to joining XTI, Ms. Van Rossem served as the Global Head of People Operations at Inpixon as well as had a successful track record of scaling up HR at evolving companies.

VP Finance

John Griffo

John Griffo is the Vice President of Finance at XTI Aerospace overseeing the finance, accounting, and human resources functions. Mr. Griffo has over 20 years of professional experience including 10 years working in Big 4 public accounting both domestically and in Switzerland. Throughout his career in public accounting and as an independent consultant, he has serviced dozens of companies across many industries advising on M&A due diligence projects or serving as VP of Finance and Controller. Mr. Griffo graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is an active volunteer in the Denver metro community including serving as a mentor for 10 years with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Colorado.

Michael Hinderberger

Michael Hinderberger is Chief Executive Officer of XTI Aircraft Company, a subsidiary of XTI Aerospace. He is responsible for all matters related to the development of the TriFan 600 aircraft and the company’s operations. With over 35 years of aerospace experience, he is a proven leader in aircraft development, certification, production implementation and post-delivery support. Over the course of his career, he has led major development projects at Gulfstream, Hawker Beechcraft, Rolls Royce, and Piper Aircraft. His recent experience includes Aerion Supersonic Corporation where, as Program Director and Chief Engineer, he was instrumental in transitioning the Aerion AS-2 aircraft from an R&D project into a full-scale development program. Mr. Hinderberger has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Technical Management.

David Ambrose

Dave Ambrose is Vice President of Engineering at XTI Aircraft Company, a subsidiary of XTI Aerospace. He is responsible for all matters related to product development. Mr. Ambrose has over 30 years of aerospace development and technical leadership experience in both the commercial and military domains. He started his career at Cessna Aircraft and Beechcraft working on the Citation X, Citation Bravo and Premier I programs as a Propulsion Engineer. He then worked at the famed Lockheed Martin Skunk Works for 21 years solving complex technical problems on the X-35 and F-35 for the Joint Strike Fighter program, the Presidential Helicopter, and various other classified and unclassified programs. At the Skunk Works, Mr. Ambrose specialized in conceptual, structural, and subsystem design, and in aircraft integration, including mission systems and stealth technology. More recently, he was part of the Aerion Supersonic AS2 team developing a supersonic business jet, where he was the Vehicle Integration Lead and Wing Integrated Product Team (IPT) Manager. Mr. Ambrose has a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering.

Keith Davis

Keith Davis is Vice President of Programs at XTI Aircraft Company, a subsidiary of XTI Aerospace. He is responsible for guiding all matters related to program planning, infrastructure formation, and process development. Keith has over 30 years of aerospace development and project management experience. Over the course of his career, he worked with nearly all major business jet manufacturers. Most recently, he worked for Aerion Supersonic in Program Integration where he was instrumental in supporting program and business development goals. Mr. Davis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.

Soumya Das

Soumya Das is the Chief Executive Officer of the Inpixon division of XTI Aerospace. Throughout his career, Mr. Das has been recognized for his leadership and innovative approach to product and strategic marketing coupled with meticulous execution. Within his previous role as Chief Operating Officer at Inpixon, he led operations including sales, marketing, research & development, and customer success, driving them to achieve ambitious goals. Prior to his time at Inpixon, Mr. Das oversaw marketing teams of several start-ups to large enterprises through multiple acquisitions.

Head of Engineering

Jordi Vallejo

Jordi Vallejo is the Engineering Lead at the Inpixon division of XTI Aerospace. Mr. Vallejo is a technologist and serial entrepreneur bringing over 20 years of experience of leading and scaling software and hardware engineering teams. Fluent in Chinese, English and Spanish, he has grown multicultural teams in the U.S., Asia, and Europe. He lived in China and Taiwan for 10 years where he developed deep expertise in electronics, plastic injection, metal parts, and the quality assurance processes associated with mass production. Mr. Vallejo earned his MBA from Universitat de Barcelona.

Ersan Günes

Ersan Günes is the Senior Vice President of Product at the Inpixon division of XTI Aerospace. He is an electrical and information technology engineer and co-founder of INTRANAV as well as is highly experienced in the IIoT/Industry4.0 manufacturing and logistics field. He has an exceptional background in building digital products for complex environments and understanding to generate End-2-End value and relevance for industrial customers. As a thought leader, his approach is to expand and innovate the IIoT Product Portfolio and Roadmap at Inpixon.

VP of Delivery

Gonzalo Ibarra

Gonzalo Ibarra is the Vice President of Delivery at the Inpixon division of XTI Aerospace. Mr. Ibarra is a diploma engineer in economics and electrical engineering and co-founder of INTRANAV. He has been contributing to the successful implementation of smart factory and warehouse projects based on the INTRANAV Real-Time Location System platform since its inception. Together with his team, he leads the execution of all RTLS projects, from project commissioning to on-site implementation, solution architecture, hardware production and quality management in the industrial environment.

Head of Sales

Peter Liss

Peter Liss is the Head of Sales at the Inpixon division of XTI Aerospace and leverages his 35-year track record as a business enabler to identify, nurture and close sales and partner deals, as well as to manage the global sales team. With diverse commercial experience including banking, technology start-ups, consultancies and telcos, the common thread in his last 20 years has been technology platforms and industrial IoT with a heavy emphasis on international business. Mr. Liss achieved his BSc. Econ at The London School of Economics and his MBA at Cranfield School of Management.

VP Marketing & RevOps

Scott Howell

Scott Howell is the Vice President of Marketing & RevOps at the Inpixon division of XTI Aerospace and is responsible for leading Inpixon’s global marketing team, investor and press relations, and sales operations. Mr. Howell strives to “Build the brand, create demand, and exceed the plan.” He blends sound strategic thinking with masterful execution to drive business awareness. He previously held senior roles at Ingram Micro, Identiv and Ziff-Davis. Mr. Howell holds MBA and BS (marketing concentration) degrees.
